We were married for 15 months and it was planned.  Started trying on our 1 year anniversary and it took us 3 months to get pregnant.

I think we waited 7-8 months... and it was mostly planned. We originally said we'd wait 6-12 months, which we did, but I just stopped taking birth control and told DH our birth control was in his hands and he just never did anything about it.

We started trying as soon as we got home from the honeymoon - I was on prenatal vitamins a few months before the wedding!  Neither of us was a spring chicken and we knew we wanted kids, so we didn't want to wait.  We got pg on month 2.

We were married 11 months before getting a BFP.  No, it wasn't planned, though we had talked about start TTC in the next few months and I had gone off the pill (using condoms).  We had just decided to put it off another year b/c my business was really taking off and I wanted another year to grow it.  I had just called a new OB for an appt and to get a new script for my pill.

3 years...we tried for a year before the BFP.  It was sucha a blessing that it took us so long.  That one year helped me grow my business so I could take an extended maternity leave.

We got married Feb 5, 2005 and got our BFP in early Oct 2005 (DD born June 16, 2006).  We started TTC right after the honeymoon but had a lot of issues - 7 cycles TTC when we got our BFP and figured out a lot of the issues were related to my thyroid levels - I have been on medication ever since.
