Customer service rave!

A couple weeks ago I ordered some shorts for Brendan through Mini Boden.  It's  been about 3 weeks since they have shipped, the email said they should arrive in 7-10 days so I called to check on their progress.  The cust serv rep was so helpful, explained how they were coming from their location in the U.K. but they are on their way and then said he was going to do a partial credit back to my card for my troubles. 

Incredible service unlike I receive in some places.
