bedtime and solids ?

What time do you give your LO dinner/solids and what time is bedtime? I usually feed LO solids an hour before bed. Not sure if this is too soon before bed. Today I feed him 2 1/2 hours before bed. He's been waking up so I wanted to see if it made a difference.?

DD is in bed by 8pm. We feed her solids around 6-6:30pm and then a bottle before bed.

We give him solids around 7, and then do his bedtime bottle between 8-8:30.  It works pretty well for us, he usually sleeps until about 8am without waking up.

We feed DD solids at 6pm and start her bedtime routine immediately afterward. She's usually asleep by 7.

We do dinner/solids at 6 and then bed at 7.  Dinner is either 2 stage 2 or 1 stage 2, some cheerios and some frozen fruit in a mesh feeder. We nurse right before bedtime as well.
