I just emailed my father's wife and had to be diplomatic and firm, but nice.

I hope I pulled that off. She doesn't bring out the best in me. Oy.

    lol, I hope so!

    DH's dad is getting remarried to an, er, interesting lady in October.  It will be interesting to see how this goes down with future visits.  I'm not looking forward to it!!
