Dr. Google isn't helping - weird red rash on face? Anyone?

I have this weird red rash on my face...little red dots on my cheekbones, underneath my eyes, on my eyelids to my eyebrows...and one bigger one right where I'd put eyeliner on my bottom lid, LOL!  It looks like someone punched me.

It doesn't itch at all.  I did throw up 2 nights ago, but it wasn't particularly violent and I DEFINITELY puked more in the first trimester with nothing like this after...

Anyone?  I'm traveling, so even calling the doctor isn't super helpful...

I was going to ask if you'd been puking since you can get a pattern just like that.

Hmm, I'm not a dermatologist, but I get a similar rash everyday after I take a shower. I have super sensitive skin (dermagraphia) so heat and touch give me a rash or welt, though.Hmmm. Could you go to a walk-in clinic?

Everytime I threw up I would get that, but it would go away on its own after an hour or so. I?m not sure there?s really anything you can do about it. It?s from the pressure and blood vessels and stuff. I just covered it up with foundation if I needed to.
