Ever since I got pg, I have been getting the WORST headaches ever.  Tylenol doesn't help, nothing seems to help.  They are so freaking painful and I hate them....

I normally suffer from migraines and was on preventive meds before I got pregnant.  I had to come off them before getting pregnant.

I also had pain meds which were safe, but I would try not to use them.

Here is what I would do.

Take some tylenol and drink a cold can of coke.  The whole thing and if you are able try to lay down with ice cold compresses on the painful spots on your head.

Also sometimes a nice warm bath would help relax me enough to go to sleep.

Good luck, if they continue talk to your OB.
