I LOVE pioneer woman...

Anyone else a fan of the Pioneer Woman's cooking blog?  I made her shrimp in foil tonight for our Valentine's dinner and it was FABULOUS!  Love that website!

    I made the sherried tomato soup tonight, and it was downright awful.

    Kelbrian, I just saw your post about that.  That sucks.  I made her beef stew and was not so impressed.  Her apple dumplings are AMAZING!

    It's really hit or miss with her. I made her bolognese sauce last night, and it was just so-so for me, but DD devoured it and ate a plate for lunch today, so I guess it was worth it :)

    On the other hand, I absolutely love her beef enchiladas (simple.perfect.enchiladas is the title on her website). Her chicken enchiladas were also delicious.

    I love her too - all of her recipes are hits in this household, I just can't make them too often because they are so decadent!  Do you have her cookbook?  It's great too!

    I was not a big fan of this recipe either...the only one of her recipes I have not loved!

    The chicken spaghetti is fantasmic.  Yummm!
