My mom has one and I LOVE it.  It was bench seats.  She has a carseat in it for her grandchildren...and  there is still a TON of room! she has no complaints!

This is what we're planning on buying now that Baby Dos is on his/her way. Planning on the bench seats, for no other reason than the possibility to do 3 across if needed. We plan on leaving the 3rd row down to increase cargo space unless we need it for extra passengers.

Not sure if it matters to you, but it may be redesigned in 2011.  The Infiniti QX56 will be redesigned in 2011 and the exterior of the Armada and QX56 are the same.  So, the Armada will probably be close behind if not at the same time.  If having a new design come out soon is important to you, you might want to see what you can find out.  GL!
