If you feed your LO pancakes...

Do you make your own "baby" pancakes or do you feed them the same as you would eat?

Re: If you feed your LO pancakes...

  • It depends.  If I'm eating w/ him, we make them regular and we cut them up for Jack using a pizza cutter (works awesome!)  I have made him little silver dollar sized ones though that he can hold and bite off.

  • we just did pancakes today-we just made a regular batch of bisquick pancakes and gave her a half dollar sized one torn in half.  it was a huge hit!

  • Same as us, but we make the batch with rice milk instead of almond milk (which is what we normally use in everything.) Tastes the same, just requires the forethought to go to the store.

  • it depends. Sometimes Ill buy the half dollar frozen ones just to have on hand for snack or a quick weekday breakfast...but weekends when we make pancakes or waffles (like this morning)  I give her what we eat. I just cut it up for her and she goes to town. Today we had strawberries on top which was a HUGE hit with her:)
