I am making that ziti with the gorgonzola, tomatoes and spinach. Did you double it? and if you did did it come ok or any modifications? I am doing a whole box of ziti so I was curious.I CANNOT wait to try this recipe.

I'm sure I doubled it.  I can't remember if I use the whole box or not.  I may have even tripled it?

The recipe is so forgiving that you can double it and if it doesn't look like it will be enough then triple it.

I'm so glad you liked it!  I was so surprised that it was so and so EASY and quick to make! 

Did you double it?  Its been a while since I've made it and I honestly can't remember how I do it!
