Once you 'see' teeth - how long until they pop through?

I can see DS's two bottom teeth bulging up through his gums and have been able to for a while now.  For the last couple of days it seems to really be bothering him. 

How long until these little buggers pop through?

just a few days. 3-4 maybe. hang in there!

I've been able to see DS's second tooth for 3 weeks now, yet it still hasn't popped through. I think DS is an exception though! haha

For B the tooth tends to come through within a week.  Hang in there!

6 weeks for DD's first ones... The second two took another month. We're working on the next 4 that are bulging now.

DD's took AGES.  I saw them and literally it was almost a month before they popped through.

She's had another one coming in on the top now for almost 2 months.  Seriously.

Bottom teeth, less than a week.  He had them within a couple days from when I saw them right under the gum surface.

DS finally just cut his first top tooth this AM.  I could see it right under his gums for almost two weeks!
