How many days between introducing new foods?

Dr. said 3-5 days of the same food.  How many days are most of you doing or did?

I usually go with 2-3 since none of us have food allergies.

I do a minimum of 3 days. In the beginning I was more cautious and did 5, but now it depends on what it is, but always do at least 3.

We did a week between the first few because I wanted to do them on Saturday morning, but now we do about 3 days.
