Vday PIP need help

Can someone help me figure out how to get rid of the light going down on her belly:

    Do you have Photoshop? If so, I'd use the burn tool to darken that area. You could also eyedrop a sample of the darker skin tone beside the lighter tone, and use an brush with an opacity of about 30% to lightly darken it in.
