Cleaning Toys?

I got a huge rubbermaid tote of used toys from my MIL's friend that had a baby and didn't need the stuff anymore.  Most of the toys are soft and can't be machine washed.  But there are also a lot of hard toys.  What is the best way to clean them??? TIA, I know all you mom's have some secret tricks :)

Re: Cleaning Toys?

  • I put non-electronic plastic toys through the dishwasher.

  • I do the dishwasher too.  Otherwise, wipe down with clorox wipes.  And I put the soft ones in the washer and dryer even though they say not to.  They always turn out just fine.
