They also make a diaper changing app, but I just kept mental note of wet & poopy diapers but might be useful if you want to keep a more accurate count.
Total Baby. It's amazing. It has a feeding feature, including a BFing timer, but it also accomodates bottles of formula and BM, as well as solids. You can record diaper changes, down to the color and texture of the poop, and whether or not there's a blowout.
Other options on it include: timers for medicating, doctor's appointment reminders, milestone recording, photos, etc.
It's a great app, and I use it all the time! It's pricey (for an app), at $5, but it's beyond worth it.
I was rec'ed this app by bumpies when I was about to have my baby, and I've never regretted getting it.
Oh, and be sure to get it before you go to the hospital, because they'll want to know how long you BFed on each side, and it's just ten times easier to hit the timer on the app, than it is to keep looking at the clock.

I have this, but what I didn't like is that you can't set certain defaults, like, always a bottle, or always breast, etc., etc. It was really too much work. Plus, this is my second, and I didn't record anything past the 7-day pedi visit.
Re: ipod app recommendation?
Yep, I've been using this:
