I moved up after 10 days of each level. When I skipped a day for whatever reason, I didn't count it in my 10 days. I have 3 days of Level 3 level left before the big weigh in.
I did each level until it got a little easy for me. But I wasn't looking to complete it in 30 days. I'm still doing it and have been doing it for months. I wanted to get the most out of it so as long as I felt the pain, I kept doing that level. I moved up to level 3 after a couple of months.

I've been doing in for a few weeks, but have only completed 13 days. I am also running on my off days. I move up once one level gets easy. I moved up on day 8 of level 1. Still on level 2.
