Hi ladies - I posted on the Breastfeed board but though I'd try here as well:Trying to work through supply issues with DS #2 - I BF'd DS #1 for a year, no issues at all, so this is very frustrating and disappointing. Anyway, I only have supply on one side - nothing but "drips" from the other side - I purchased a Milk Saver to catch them since every drop counts at this point, but I'm really only able to feed DS #2 from the left side.My supply seems up and down but in the past few days he's still very hungry after I nurse and I've had to supplement with formula :-(. I'd prefer to stick to BM only, but I can't let him starve. I've been drinking Mother's Milk tea for a little over a week and am not really sure if it's doing much other than making LO gassy - I haven't noticed a significant increase after drinking 3 glasses of tea a day. I also bought Fenugreek capsules, but thought I'd try the tea first. Then started reading about Mother's Milk capsules. Can you recommend any supplements you've had success with? I'm so sad this is happening - I really didn't expect to have problems since it went so well with DS #1 but hoping I can turn it around. TIA!
