Why do you think the weather is horrible?  It's like 68 degrees today and sunny.  Yes, June thru August is HOT but now I have a way to cool off I guess.  We love it out here and would never move back to the midwest again. 

I'm excited but nervous about having a pool.  It is a diving pool so it's 10 ft. deep in the center.  Josh takes swim lessons but it will be years before we are comfortable with him around it.

Is the next big parenting GTG going to be at your house?

I love the sun. I love hot weather. It was just my bad luck that my family is from Wisconsin. I wouldn't mind 90-100 degrees and dry heat year round. The only thing I'd miss about Wisconsin winters is curling.

I love AZ...especially Scottsdale.  Seems like 80% of the people who have homes have a pool (maybe more).  I'm sooo jealous.  It looks like a plush hotel pool.  I want to see the pool boy when you get him.
