So we got LO's pictures taken about a month ago. Payed Over 200 for a very large package which included some 16X20 , and a birth certificate page with her foot prints and info with pictures which had to be printed out at their headquarters and we were to pick up them up in 2-3 weeks. MIL was in the mall the other day where the store was and stopped by to have an 8X10 of LO printed off. She found a sign that said they were sorry for the inconvience but they had filed bankruptsy.

So I went the their website today to find a working number so I could call and find out where my pics are and this is what I found! https://www.kiddiekandids.com/   im so sick of everything going wrong! ugh 2010 has got to get better!

I am so happy we got a copy of them on disc and i hadnt payed $550 like we were thinking of to have them frame them but still i was really looking fwd to the pic. beautiful pictures of her for above the fire place Maybe now that they are bankrupt I will be able to get copies of the pics made im sure the copyright laws have to change after they can no longer provide me with copies!

Did you pay them with your credit card?  Call and dispute the charge and they should take it right off.

We did receive some of the product, can they still refund?

You can try.  Really how can they rove you didn't receive anything.  You can come out and say you received some but not all of the stuff you purchased and they may refund you some of the money back.  It's worth a shot. 

I had this issue with a company that went out of business and they refunded my money back with really no questions asked.  As long the CC company has proof that you purchased something that's all they need.

Oh my word.  So not only are your precious baby's picture missing, but so is your $200+.  I would be livid.  You have every reason to be angry.

That really sucks. They have Kiddie Kandids in BRU near me and recently a woman in line in front of me at customer service had come in to pick up her pictures and was shocked to find KK was closed. She had the pictures done on Monday and this was a Wednesday.  They didn't even apologize.
