for me. i have had the worst toothache and have an appt at 8:30 but i could not go to sleep b/c the pain is so bad at night. i tried everything -- salt water rinse, peroxide rinse, four ibuprofen -- nothing helped. i called her crying at almost 3 a.m. and she came over and brought me some pain medicine. i'm not usually one to take someone else's meds but i was so far past caring at that point. bless her and her mini pharmacy ... at least until she pisses me off again.
