Baby dreams??

I've been watching my LO nap today, and he goes from smiling and even laughing in his sleep to full out crying..what gives?? Do babies have nightmares?? If so that makes me so sad =/

My DS does the same, I feel terrible when he starts crying.  Before I knew any better I used to run in there to console him, not realizing he was only dreaming ( I would only end up scarring him).
