Acupuncture and massage?

So, at 41w 1d my doctor has said "Try everything" to induce labor..walk, spicy foods, nipple stimulation.  Done, done and done.  A friend suggested acupuncture, that was what she did to induce her last child.  So I contacted a clinic that specializes in fertility and Maya massage which is some sort of prelabor massage that can help to bring on contractions.  They also do acupuncture.  So, I am going to try it out.  Can't hurt anything, and in the end I am scheduled for an induction first thing Monday anyway, but I would rather go into labor as naturally as possible.  Has anyone else tried acupuncture or heard of anyone who has?  I am a little skeptical, but at the same time a little excited too...

Acupuncture really helped my all-day morning sickness.   Hopefully it will help with your labour!
