Intro & ? for those who use Up&Up formula

First off, hello!  I'm Ana and I have a 8 week old son named Dwayne.  I usually lurk on the boards but I have posted occasionally.  I'm hoping to come out of my shell and post more.

If you all use Up&Up formula, have you noticed little black clumps in your bottles?   The first time I saw it, I thought it was a bug but I checked, and it was broke apart very easy and was more like a clump.  DH thinks it could be from formula going in and out of LO's mouth, but I've noticed them as soon as the bottle's in his mouth.

We use up&up in the purple can and I've never noticed any black things in the formula. I think it would really freak me out.

We used Up&Up with my first son, after he was two months old.  I never noticed black clumps.  Yikes!  Has it been from one can or multiple cans?

We are planning on using it again with #2 in a few weeks, after we use our similac stash.

We use the regular Up&Up formula and I've never noticed any black clumps.  I might have to start checking more carefully though.  Hopefully not because I just bought 6 cans that were on clearance!

Thanks everyone for your replies.  I haven't noticed them before so it may just be the current can.  Hmm.
