I'm getting FIOS biiitches.

my internet is SLOW AS HELL and thank God they now offer FIOS in my area.

seeing that I work in IT, it would help to have a decent Internet connection. 

who has it? is it fast?? PLEASE SAY YES

    We have it, and it's fast - when it works. We are on the phone with Verizon tech support for either internet or TV every two weeks on average. As soon as our contract is up we are ditching Verizon.

    I am cheap & I don't want pay Comcast.

    I have it and enjoy it.

    HOWEVER- when they installed, the diggers couldn't go under my parent's driveway when they had theirs installed. After promising to come back the next day,  weeks of phone calling insued to try to get the exposed wire installed (they just duct-taped it to the sidewalk!) Verizon kept saying the house was marked finished but they would sens someone out to inspect.

    It didn't get fixed until a guy came door to door asking about the service (he was asking every house if they knew it existed, etc) almost 3 months later.
