2nd pp period sucks!

I started my 2nd pp period today and it sucks. It's not really heavy but the cramps are so bad. I have taken 2400 mg of ibuprofen total today and now I'm at the limit and can't take anymore and I'm still in pain! Any ideas on how to ease the pain? BTW, I'm on nuvaring too, I thought BC made periods better, not worse! Ah! I just want to rip out my lady parts.

UGH! I posted about this a few days ago, and I RP'ed on 3-6 earlier too. I haven't had pp period #1 yet, but I was hoping to hear that from 2+, things were better!
