Ella has a rash on her bottom that has a few raw spots, so the doc called in a script for her. However, when I went to pick it up, ins wouldn't cover it and it was nearly $100. I called and he said to use Neosporen for 24 hrs to see if that helped. It didn't so I called him back and he called in something else right before they left the office yesterday. His office called me at 10am to make sure we had been able to get the script this time and to check on Ella.
