My wrists hurt! & painkiller Q

Ok, let's kill two birds with one stone so I don't have to PW:

1. My wrists hurt badly, I guess from the combination of still having relaxin in my system, nursing awkwardly, and holding/jiggling the baby so much.

2. Is it bad to still be taking ibuprofen daily? I weaned myself from 800mg every 8 hrs to 400 mg 2-3 times a day (24 hrs). At this point my junk occasionally hurts but I'm actually taking it more to deal w/ nipple pain!
