how much weight did LO gain at 4 weeks?

We had our 4 week appt. yesterday (although he'll be 4 weeks tomorrow!) and DS went from 7lb 10oz at birth to 8lb 14oz.  Is a little over a pound a typical weight gain?   Thanks!

From DD's 2-week visit to her 4-week visit, she gained exactly 2lbs (and was weighed on the same scale both times).

I would think that's normal. DD is breastfed - at birth she was 8lbs 13oz, a few days later at her first pedi appointment she was 8lbs 6oz, and a week later she was 7lbs 13oz. At 4 weeks she was 9lbs 15oz.

Ds was 8 lbs 5 oz at birth and 10 lbs 9 oz at his 4 week appt. yesterday!  He got so big!

We had a preemie, but at 4 weeks she was up almost 1/2 a pound. not sure if that is normal or not...

At 4 weeks we went from 7.14 to 9.3!!

We have a slow gainer, but she was barely back to birth weight at 4w.

He went from 7lbs.14oz. to 10 lbs7oz.  He is a big boy, but so was his older brother who started out at 9lbs2oz.  They both were/are in the 90-95 percentile for height and weight.

Ours went from 8lbs 1 oz at birth to 10lbs 6oz at her one month (which was 5w for us). So sure!
