Hopefully we will move to finalized soon!  The BF rights were terminated 1/27 so we are just waiting for the official decree.  I just sent an email to one of our caseworkers for an update but I think they won't send in the paperwork until we pay off the rest of the balance (we only own $800 which will be paid next week when our tax return comes in but come on, isn't $23k enough to send the paperwork end?!)
