Anyone have Fit Pregnancy magazine Dec/Jan?

I was at my post partum appt on Monday and started reading an article with a post partum workout in it that looked great. I forgot the name of the DVD and was wondering if anyone has the issue - I'm pretty sure it was the Dec/Jan or maybe the Feb/March issue of Fit Pregnancy magazine.

Or----if you have a suggestion of a great DVD workout.

The Dec/Jan one only has the workout in the magazine... no dvd is mentioned but the Feb/Mar issue has a "Not Your Mama's Workout" the dvd mentioned is Hot Mamas Exercise Postnatal Conditioning by Teddi Bryant.  There's also a website listed: hotmamasexercise.com.
