Did you notice a change in sleeping patterns for LO #1 when you were expecting LO #2?  Just since last night, DS1 doesn't want to sleep in the crib.  The instant I finish reading a book and stand up, he starts crying!  He'll sleep in the car without a problem, and he's obviously tired, but he's just defiant about the crib (naps and bedtime alike!).  I had a GF tell me that her 2nd was a bear right before she had her 3rd so I'm thinking it's just a phase, but any additional advice would be much appreciated.  TIA!

I didn't notice any changes with #1 when #2 was about to be born, but around this age he started doing what you are describing due to teething.
