Using vacation days for snow

This is ridiculous!  We're supposed to get 12-20" of snow tonight into tomorrow and my office is not closing.  So, if you can't make it into work because of the snow you have to use a vacation or personal day.

I stopped by my boss's office to tell him that I was going to take work home tonight, just in case I can't make it in tomorrow so I can just work from home.  He is an awful listener so he probably didn't even hear me and just started going on and on about how you have to "use your best judgement" and "there will probably be a lot of people using vacation/personal days tomorrow".  Um... WTF?  Can I work from home or not?  If I bring home work and actually do it and he tries to dock me a day I am going to be livid.

Because either way... I'm not coming in tomorrow.  And Thursday is iffy too.
