So nervous about appt.

Dh and I are about to start trying for number two so I am getting my dentist, dermatologist, etc. appointments out of the way.  Well, two of my moles have changed in the past couple months.  I googled "melanoma" and one of them looks just like the example in the pictures.  It runs in my family.  My appt. is today at 1:00 and I can barely concentrate on work I am so nervous.  Should I be scared?
