In desperate need of Crib to bed transitioning advice!

I just posted this on 24+ months...but am desperate for any suggestions!

So, we transitioned DS to a full size bed about 1 week ago, all was going "ok" until about 2 days ago.  He is refusing to nap, and last night was awake from about 1 in the morning until I dropped him off at the babysitters this am at 6!!!  He is not sick, and appears to be feeling well, but for the life of me I cannot get him to sleep in his new bed, not to mention the containment issue, he is up, wandering around and wants in our bed.  If anyone has any suggestions please let me know, I literally am desperate, I am tired, pregnant, and sitting here at work with less than 4 hours of sleep.
