Advice: What's a good price on a used Phil and Ted's?

The doubled up version.? We are looking to get one of these, and a lady at the storytime we go to insisted we should look on CL.? Frankly, though, people don't seem to be charging much less than retail.? The one "discount" we found was $250 for a "very used" model that needed new tires. WTF?? By the time you refurbish, haven't you bought a new one?? I'm not a big fan of used anything (except gently used clothes, and even then...meh), but if I can find a decent deal on this, I'd like to.? WDYT?

    I don't think that's a good price for a used one in that condition.  There was one for sale by me for 250 but it was in good shape and had a bunch of accessories.  I kick myself for not getting it.

    I was watching e-bay for a while for one and there were a couple of decent deals, but I ended up buying mine from Albee Baby.  I got the blue camo one.  I wasn't crazy about the color, but it was the cheapest and since I have two boys, I figured it was okay.  It was marked down to 419.99 and came with a free jump seat, bassinet and shipping.  All told, I ended up saving over 200. 

    I figured we're going to use a lot and for a long time, so it will be worth the investment.
