DH has a BIG phone call in a half hour

Keep your fingers crossed for us.  He has been offered a new job and this is a phone call about salary.  He's given his requirements to HR and now his potential future boss is calling him tonight to talk about it.  He of course set him numbers a little high with the anticipation that they would come down on the numbers.  It was a base and bonus.  They can come down 15k and we will be ok with the base but we are really hoping they dont come down any more than 5-10k.  As for the bonus....he doesnt get any now so anything there would be great (especially since last quarter those who do what he will be doing got 125% of their quarterly bonus!)
