hot flashes, anyone?

I must be having one right now... My face is super red! Argh. I don't feel so hot though... There are times when I feel like I'm burning like crazy. Anyone else? And people always have to mention it... "You are as red as a beet!" I know! Thanks!! Now go open a window!

I am at my warmest at night when I'm not even wearing anything. Just a sheet is enough to make me sweat in my sleep.

I'm really warm all the time and hot flashes are the worst.  I live in freezing MN and the other day was wearing jeans and a tank top...and sweating...

Yes!! I do all the time! I hate it when people say "man your face is red"  yes i know it is cause im hot...thank you very much...lol!

yes, i get hot flahes and it comes with nausea. I found a cool washcloth on my forehead helps (but maybe not as good when your at work vs at home) Or a small bowl of ice cream
