First trip away from LO

Just found out I'll have to go to LA for 5 days in April.  This will be my first trip away from DD.

I'm curious...when you took your first trip, how did your LO do?  Did she get fussy or show any separation anixety?  How did he/she react when you returned?

    I am about to find out, leaving Saturday for Austin and not back until Tuesday night. I will post here to let you know! My guess is she will be a little 'off' but nothing major - I hope!

    Went on my trip and DD was great. She ate a little less, but I think it was b/c she went from nursing 3 times a day to bottles only. She was very excited to see me and very little fall out from her 'schedule.' Hope yours goes well!
