too much bleeding?

Hi ladies, so I havent posted on here in forever, but I need some advice..

I am still BFing my little girl, but have recently begun my cycle again...its been really wacky but slowly getting more regular - I think -

I thought I might be pregnant these last couple weeks because I had sore boobs and I was 2 weeks late etc etc....but I started AF yesterday (45 days after my last one began) and since yesterday morning I have been going through the Super Tampons as though they were panty liners... I am just bleeding and bleeding.

I have been through 3 super tampons in 3 hours and have soaked through each of them thoroughly.

Basically I am a bit concerned, but I dont know if this is something that is common when starting back up with one's cycle or not.

 Is this something any of you have been through when you started back on your period?

Mine have been much heavier than before pregnancy. I seem to have one day each month that is exactly what you describe. I think if it's more than one day each cycle, you should call your doc.
