We met Feb 10 and the only reason I know that (and this is bad, lol) is because we met on what would have been me and my ex bf's 2 year anny. DH started out as a rebound!
um kinda. we had some "loose ends" to tie up on both ends before we were official. so we have a date, but i dont even know if its a true date LOL i generally go with "september"
I only remembered b/c it was the exact day, that two years earlier, I met my ex-BF. I was (silly? dumb? naive?) enough to mention this fact to DH at OUR one-year dating anniversary... "Isn't it a funny coincidence, honey...?"
He didn't think it was funny, and from then on our dating 'anniversary' made him pout. I underestimated his sensitivity on that issue... When we set our wedding date, he was all psyched that we'd have a new, REAL anniversary that we didn't have to share with an ex.
I know which day he officially asked me to be his g/f. That is our official "dating" date...which we used to celebrate before being married. It was April 2, 1999!!!

& Amelia ~ 03/16/11 ~ 8 lbs, 1 oz ~ 21 in.
Kind of. The actual first time we went out together was May 17th, and I remember because it's his sister's birthday and she likes to give him grief about how he skipped her bday to go out with me, lol.
What we count as our dating anniversary is June 3rd, because before that we were "just friends" and that was when we decided to really date.
We use the date that I called DH after finding out his mom passed away (the first time we had spoken in almost 17 years). It was 5-24-06, which interestingly was 6 days BEFORE I broke my engagement with another guy. Hmmmmmmmmm.......
Nope. I know we met in late August and had our first real date on a Saturday night in late October, but I'd have to look at my calendar and maybe old emails to figure it out.
Yes because we were 16 and 17 and still at that stage of our lives where you "asked" the other person out. As for when we met and started sorta seeing each other, I know what month that was. We officially started dating Dec 6, 1997.

We started dating on July 4th. This was also the day he proposed a year later, and now that its all said and done I wish that we had our wedding on that day too as I could have done a ton of awesome stuff as far as decorating and food ideas.
i also think it depends on who found each other earlier in life and how you rolled. those who met in HS or early college will have a "real date" bc... thats what people did when younger.
those who met later in college/after or hooked up first or didnt go on a "first date" won't have a date because... well... its up in the air on what to count anyway.
We met in January 2000, and were friends for 1.5 years before we had our first date on May 3, 2001. We officially became "boyfriend & girlfriend" (lol) on June 8, 2001. It'll be 9 years together for us this June! We don't celebrate that anniversary since we got married, but one of us will always say something on the day, like "Wow, we've been together x years today!"
No, I don't know the exact date off the top of my head, but it was Chinese New Year, so I could figure it out. We celebrate each year on Chinese New Year with Chinese take out and Tiger beer. Classy, huh?

Yup. We don't celebrate it, but we both remember it. We met my senior year of college at a tailgate party and we always use that date as our dating anniversary even though it wasn't really a date.

I know what day it is, but we don't actually celebrate it.
Oh and it's August 12, 2000.
Sept 14, 2003.
Yes.
February 13th, 2004. : )

We were hit by a drunk driver just after midnight, 11/22/2003, and had to go to court to testify, so I remember.

<edited to make more sense... It was 8/6/98>

Yep. April 24, 2003.
I could also tell you the exact dates DH told me he loved me for the first time, the day we moved in together, and the day we got engaged.
LOL
I have a weird memory for that kind of crap.
Only b/c I still have the ticket stub from the concert we went to.
We don't celebrate it.

.Easter was late that year and we met right after easter

March 2005. It was a Wednesday. Beyond that, I don't know without consulting a calendar for that year.
The day he proposed, though, that's one I know.
