Anyone get SUPER early pg symptoms with the 1st pregnancy AND 2nd?

With Matthew, I knew I was pregnant, just about the moment I conceived. Not sure why, but I just knew it.

Here's my timeline with DS: Last pd was July 24th, started with symptoms by August 4-5, tested a few days later and got a BFN and got my BFP on August 23rd.

DH and I are 'unofficially' TTC (same as we did last time, we were actually on our honeymoon lol). My last pd this time was January 23rd, on Friday i started feeling nauseous, like super nauseous and a stomach ache, I also have cramps and a backache. I'm not due for a while (I'm on a 32 day cycle), but I can't help but wonder, 'maybe??'. It would be pointless to test right now cause I'd get a BFN no matter what. So, anyone get really early symptoms the first time AND second time??
