Constantly! The skin is swollen and tender to the touch. If LO is really pressing against my ribs I feel a burning sensation until he eases up. I have had this for at least a month.
I have noticed that either a warm bath or an ice pack helps. I guess LO doesn't like the temperature change and moves a bit lower.
Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!

My ribs are KILLING me, and I'm not even in 3rd tri yet!! I started hurting around 23 weeks; sometimes it feels like someone is turning a crank to spread my ribcage apart. Very painful. I'm pretty much always sore, and every now and then LO decides to kick me in my already-hurting ribs.

Mine do really bad, but only if I sit too long right now. Which stinks at work, depending on what department I'm in. Leaning forward to look in a microscope all day can be a killer! I go home feeling bruised in my midsection.
I am definitely feeling the sore ribs! They feel very bruised and I have 'hot spots' right where my bra band is, and it is quite painful. I put an ice pack on the area last night, and it did help quite a bit.
