Uh, Target doesn't let you return underwear, right?

I bought the wrong size. As in, the underwear are wider than I am and would go down to my knees almost. 

 

I can't return them, right? ::sigh. This is why I shouldn't go shopping with a toddler.

If you still have the receipt and the tags are still on them, I think they DO return them...I know for sure you can return swimwear, but then again, those generally have those sticker things...

Were they in a package, or individual?  I would think that would make a difference, right?

I have the receipt but opened the package.

The target I go to seems to accept all returns.  I returned 2 nursing bras with tags on and they didn't even question anything.

I don;t think anyone accepts underwear back.

yes they should. My grandma bought the wrong size once and had to return them and buy the correct size.

As long as you have the receipt.  However, they trash them; they don't try to resell them.
