My knees are killing me!

ugh. I feel like a 90 year old with arthritis. Earlier, I was sitting indian style on the couch and when I went to unfold myself, my knees were sooo stiff. They hurt like crazy and its driving me nuts!

Funny that you are saying this b/c that is exactly how I felt last night.  My knee, ankle, and hip on my left side were all hurting so bad.
