is it perfectly normal?

for someone to actually not feel anything close to a contraction or have any symptoms of labor starting until the water is breaking and the contractions are starting and you know... it's time?

i've had no sign of a contraction, no loss of m.p. that i could tell, no b.h.

i do feel like i'm going to be pregnant forever because i've had no sign that i will ever have this baby.

i guess last weeks dr. appt she told me i was 1 cm. so that's a start...

I had no signs. I was saying that I was tired of having to pee every 5 minutes and that when I went, nothing came out. 4 hours later, LO was born.

yes my freakish mother is one of these people...with all three of us girls we were scheduled c-sections...i came as planned...middle sis her water just broke but no contrax...and with the youngest she had contrax but nothing else! she is a freak of nature im telling you!

You are not alone! The only thing that I have had is contractions, more like menstraul cramps. But, other than that nothing! I went to the Dr. on Friday and finally something...I was actually 80% effaced. FINALLY some progress! I too feel that I am going to be pregnant forever! You and I have a few things in common.

You are not alone! The only thing that I have had is contractions, more like menstraul cramps. But, other than that nothing! I went to the Dr. on Friday and finally something...I was actually 80% effaced. FINALLY some progress! I too feel that I am going to be pregnant forever! You and I have a few things in common.

LIKE THE SAME DUE DATE!! haha, i feel better hearing i'm not the only one. i am really hoping he doesn't make me wait till the 16th, or worse... later. ugh. but i guess he'll come when he's ready, i'll just keep on being miserable till then. :P

I too am hoping to deliver before my due date. I'm peeing every 5 minutes, lots of pressure down low that causes me to walk bent over sometimes. I'm so miserable. I don't sleep well due to my carpal tunnel. But, hey who's complaining?! Where are you delivering LO?

My birth story is what you're talking about I think. I had "period like" feelings for four weeks. No contractions at all. On my due date, my water broke at 7:30 AM. Hard, painful contractions immediately started. Had her at noon.

Yup. I am a Houstonian. I'll be delivering at Woman's Hosptal on Fannin.

IM so hoping to have LO early! I pee ALL the time its so annoying! I hardly sleep im always tossing and turning up and out of bed peeing. And when i walk i walk bent over. People look at me like WTH is wrong w. her.
