Writing/pictures on ultrasounds

I see how people have done cute things with ultrasounds like put writing on them or (for girls) add a little bow. How do you do that? I'm not the most computer savy...

If you have a photoshop program you can do them there or you can use picnik.com. I think their basic use is free and a year long membership is around $25 or so.

I use photobucket. Upload the picture, click on it, click edit. When the edit thing comes up, click "decorate" at the top and you can add text or "stickers" which are the pictures.
