Trip to L&D

LO had to wait until we were getting a snow storm to be very lazy. I tried everything to get him to wake up but it didn't work. I also was having lots of pressure and contractions that actually hurt in my back. Called the Dr and of course went in, she was more concerned about the baby than the contractions. hooked up to the monitors for almost 2 hours. It took him a while to get moving and get the accelerations that they wanted even with me eating and drinking lots of juice. And I was having contractions every 5 minutes though I only felt them about every 10 minutes. There was no progress with the contractions so they sent me home. They have since stopped. I am ready for him to be here. I have to take it easy until my next appointment on Monday. Hopefully everything still looks good then.

Hope you hear good news at your appt! And I really hope you don't have to go back out in the snow storm. Glad to hear that nothing was wrong & they sent you home!

Glad your contractions stopped! Lots of prayers that you won't have to go out in that snow storm. Hang in there!
