MDO - lunch question

What do you send your DC to drink for lunch at MDO?  I don't really want to send juice.  I was thinking I would send water, but I don't know what kind of cup to send.  Thanks.

My kids take water to school in sports bottles, not MDO though.

I do a Thermos Foogo straw bottle of milk in his lunch kit and a regular straw cup of water for snack time.

I send either a straw sippy cup or a sports bottle.

I either send watered juice or ice water.

Putting ice in the cup makes it double as an icepack to keep the lunch cold.
