Hey lady- you on here tonight still?

Hanging in there? Read your post earlier about feeling babys head... I've had that for a few weeks now. Doc says it's LO's head hitting pelvic bones like a head banger... she told me to try waddling for a bit.. can you still do that on BR- or are you on total rest?

 

I thought of you earlier.. got a massive upset tummy with dinner and though, great- there goes all my timing... i wouldnt feel anything but these cramps- ha! Hoping it's my system clearing the tubes to get ready. Come on Barometric pressure!

nah, theyre gone. Nothing to really note now. just lovely baby head banging- though perhaps if she does it enough I'll dilate faster.

 

I'll agree, it's a weird sensation. not the most pleasant, and incredibly difficult to explain to DH or anyone who has never felt it.

Yup. even better is when my weenie dog puts her paw on the bump, and im like, owwwwwwwwwwwwwww... but if you push a bit harder it might just force her out....

 

I swear she's doing that dawn is breaking stretch and i can feel her from the cervix to the ribs.

the doc i saw today (my least fav of the 5) was like, oh she's not going anywhere anytime soon. I guess that's good news- but it's like- you told me I'd never make it to February. I blame them for my patience as it relates to this baby.

 

 How are the BH for you with bedrest? You're closing on safe season. Maybe this one will be early. Make up for dd

 

i just tried to desribe to DH again what these cervical head blasts feel like.. I said imagine a q-tipp going in too far... but whne it hurts you can't pull away. How's that for description???? haha.

yeah, i told him to imagine the qtip and eardrum about 100x larger. I do like your analogy more though.  I'll pass that along.

Sorry to hear those BH mf-ers are back. I get so frustrated with those things. It's like if you're going to annoy and exhaust me all day, at least have the decency to lead to something. Although in your case I'm sure you're glad they aren't leading to anything. Does your OB have you on lung development steroids just in  case? Are you effaced or dilated ay as a result of those BH?

The OB said today "no time soon" but I keep reminding myself my mom went from 0-10 in 12 hours flat. So anything is possible.

God, you're SO right on. It seems like every night before bed I get these things timed and going well, then wake up.. still going well.. and by 8 am it's all over. I know i am impractically impatient.. but my job is SO stressful, and I'm SO eager that it's just going to be a God sent when she does arrive. Just ready to not be swollen and pufffy and moody and, well you know.

 

I'm glad they've been able to keep you closed and thick. I cant imagine not seeing my daughter or anyone else for that long. And my goodness, how lonely that would be. Are you hoping they'll give you the healthy go ahead at your next appointment? Just think, two more weeks.... you're almost there!

yeah, i said until 37 weeks that if she'd need an incubator, id rather just Be her incubator. So i understand.
