I had an OB appt today and had to pee so bad when I got there.  When they finally called me back and handed me my cup to leave a urine sample, I dashed into the bathroom.  Only as I was wiping did I realize the pee cup was still sitting on the counter.  Duh!  Totally just drained my bladder without giving a drop of a urine sample.  Luckily they said they only needed a few drops so I waited 5 minutes and eeked out the smallest of urine samples.  I felt like such a moron being like "Hmm....I sort of forgot to pee in the cup".
